Warsaw Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) 2012Highway Map

The Warsaw Comprehensive Transportation Plan was developed as a joint effort between the Town of Warsaw, Eastern Carolina RPO, and NCDOT. The goal of the study is to produce a long range transportation plan for Warsaw, and assisting local governments and the public with transportation decisions over the next 25 to 30 years. The CTP involves analysis and recommendations for highway projects as well as rail, bicycle, pedestrian, and public transit improvements. The CTP was adopted by the Town of Warsaw on June 11, 2012 and by the Duplin County Board of Commissioners on June 18, 2012. The Eastern Carolina RPO endorsed the CTP on September 20, 2012 and the NC Board of Transportation adopted the CTP on October 4, 2012.
