Regional Crime Analysis & Mapping System (RCAMS)
RCAMS is funded by the NC Governor's Crime Commission and currently includes 15 law enforcement agencies in five of the region's nine counties.

FGDC NSDI-CAP
This Metadata program is funded by the FGDC and its purpose is to create metadata files for all ECC GIS layers and its participating member governments.

Havelock GIS
The ECC GIS department serves as the GIS staff to the City of Havelock and provides data managment and training services.
