Economic & Community Development

The Eastern Carolina Council receives State and Federal funds to provide community and economic development and planning services to the nine counties comprising ECC.  These funds are also used as match money for those grants requiring matching funds. Technicial Assistance projects help ECC meet its financial obligations and help to provide match money needed to secure other grants that benefit ECC communities.
