To be an advocate and educator to empower all senior citizens in order to enhance their standard of living.

Our purpose as a public agency is to help maintain and improve the quality of life for older adults and to address their needs and concerns. We focus on supporting and assisting older adults to live independently in their homes for as long as possible.

The Area Agency on Aging is responsible for the development and coordination of services for older adults as mandated through the Older Americans Act.
